Head of Sales
The milKit team is looking for an experienced salesperson to help shape the future of our innovative brand. As a young startup we offer a great opportunity to someone who is ready to build up sales in a dynamic and innovative environment and to help make Sport Components Ltd. a market leader for bicycle components.
We are on the way to becoming a leader in tubeless technology and our product line will soon be extended so we can offer a full tubeless product range. We have had success establishing partnerships with top distributors in North America and Europe, and are looking to finalize our network distribution as well as to include more large OEM partners.
From your previous jobs you bring experience in:
- B2B sales (to distributors) in the bicycling sector
- developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expanding the customer base
- performing structured sales, including customer acquisition and key account management
Your requirements and responsibilities are:
- readiness to travel
- ability to work independently
- good organizational and time-management skills
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- a flair for cross-discipline collaboration with marketing and product management
As a modern, online-oriented company we offer workplace flexibility (e.g., not necessarily in Switzerland) as well as workload flexibility (50-80%).
