Sport Components AG shall not be liable

Sport Components AG does not warrant that the functions contained on the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the respective server is free of viruses or other harmful components.
All information on the products is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustrations and pricing are reserved.
Liability limitation
Sport Components AG shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising from the use of or access to the milKit.bike website or links to third-party websites.
Right of return / product replacement / wrong delivery
If Sport Components AG wrongly delivers a product, the return shipping charge will be credited to the customer’s account (economy postal rates). No further possible costs will be reimbursed.
Warranty and liability
You receive 1 year warranty from date of purchase on material and manufacturing defects of the product. The warranty does not apply:
- In the case of damages due to improper operation.
- For defects that were already known to the customer at the time of purchase.
- In case of negligence of the customer.
For assertion of a warranty claim within the warranty period, the customer must provide proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the right to repair the goods at our own workshops or at workshops authorized by us. Further rights are not granted to the customer (based on the warranty).
Reservation of ownership
The delivered goods shall remain the property of Sport Components AG until full payment has been received. If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, Sport Components AG shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract (declaration of withdrawal) and repossess the goods.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts resulting from these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Sport Components AG reserves the right to sue the customer at our domicile in the event of disputes.
