Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
Persons who access information or use services on the websites of Sport Components AG (milKit.bike) agree to the following terms and conditions.
By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from accessing the Sport Components AG website.
2. No Offer
The information published on milKit.bike does not constitute a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell products or services.
Products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3. Accuracy of Information
Sport Components AG gives no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information and statements published on milKit.bike.
In particular, Sport Components AG does not guarantee that:
- the website's functions will be available without interruption or errors
- errors will be corrected
- the website or server is free of viruses or other harmful components
All product information is non-binding.
In particular, we reserve the right to make changes in design and technology that improve a product's functionality, and to correct errors in descriptions, images and prices.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sport Components AG excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from the use of or access to milKit.bike.
This also applies to damages arising from links to third-party websites. Sport Components AG accepts no responsibility for the content of linked websites.
5. Returns / Product Exchange / Incorrect Delivery
If Sport Components AG delivers the wrong item, the return postage will be credited to the customer's account (at Swiss Post Economy rates).
Any other costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
6. Warranty and Liability
Sport Components AG products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by improper handling or use
- defects the customer was aware of at the time of purchase
- damage caused by the customer's own fault
To make a warranty claim within the warranty period, the customer must provide proof of purchase.
In a warranty case, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired at a workshop designated or authorised by Sport Components AG.
To the extent permitted by law, no further warranty claims exist, in particular for replacement, withdrawal from the contract or damages.
7. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of Sport Components AG until paid for in full.
If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, Sport Components AG is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract and reclaim the goods.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Sport Components AG privacy policy.
The privacy policy is available on the website under the relevant section.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions, and all contracts concluded on their basis, are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
Sport Components AG reserves the right to assert claims at the customer's registered office or place of residence as well.
