5. Returns / Product Exchange / Incorrect Delivery
If Sport Components AG delivers an incorrect product, the return shipping costs will be credited to the customer’s account based on Swiss Post Economy rates.
No additional costs that may have been incurred will be reimbursed.
6. Warranty and Liability
Sport Components AG provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not apply:
- in the case of damage caused by improper use or handling
- for defects that were already known to the customer at the time of purchase
- for damage caused by the customer’s own fault
To claim a warranty case within the warranty period, the customer must provide proof of purchase.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, the customer is entitled to repair of the product by Sport Components AG or by a workshop authorized by Sport Components AG.
No further rights are granted to the customer under this warranty, unless required by mandatory law.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Sport Components AG until full payment has been received.
If the customer defaults on payment, Sport Components AG is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract and reclaim the goods.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of Sport Components AG.
The privacy policy is available on the website under the respective section.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded based on them shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
Sport Components AG reserves the right to assert claims against the customer at the customer’s place of residence or business where legally permitted.
