Delivery Times

EU and CH deliveries arrive within a few business days. For shipments outside the EU, delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

Want to return an item? No problem – we accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date and refund the full purchase price, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• In complete, undamaged original packaging
• No foreign labels on the item or packaging

All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something isn't right, just reach out with your invoice number at support@milkit.bike – we'll take care of it.
