Shipping costs
- Germany / EU: EUR 4.95 (free for orders of EUR 50.– or more)
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 8.– (free for orders of CHF 50.– or more)
- Worldwide (outside the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein): EUR 19.–
We deliver to all addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, across Europe and internationally. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please enter it when placing your order.

- Germany / EU / Switzerland / Liechtenstein: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country
Customs and import duties
Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped duty paid, so there are no additional costs for you. For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees may apply. These are paid by you.
Returns
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You'll find all information and the withdrawal button on our withdrawal page.
Defective or incorrect item
If you received a defective, incorrect, incomplete or unordered item, or if the information in our shop was demonstrably wrong, let us know here. We will cover the return shipping costs.
