Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
No customer account is needed. After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Other ways
You can also declare your withdrawal by e-mail to support@milkit.bike or by letter to Sport Components AG, Feldeggstrasse 24/26, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal to:

You bear the cost of the return shipment. We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days using your original payment method, once we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
Voluntary 30-day returns
In addition, we accept unused goods in undamaged original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date, including from customers outside the EU. Please contact us first at support@milkit.bike.
